The Challenge
King’s Forge Counseling had built a strong reputation through quality care and word-of-mouth referrals, but growth was inconsistent and unpredictable. Lead flow varied month to month, making it difficult to confidently hire, plan capacity, or scale services.
The practice had no paid advertising strategy, no structured local SEO approach, and no system in place to consistently generate qualified inquiries beyond referrals. As a result, the owner remained heavily involved in seeing clients full-time, limiting the ability to focus on leadership, clinician growth, and long-term practice expansion.

Our Process
Website Redesign
We rebuilt the website in Wix’s new Studio builder, to keep The King’s Forge on the same platform they were used to already; utilizing the LIFT framework, focusing on clarity, relevance, trust, and strong calls to action. Proper heading structure, clean page hierarchy, and search intent–driven content allow Google to clearly understand each service and location. Every page is designed to convert traffic into inquiries while supporting long-term local rankings, not just aesthetics.
The result is a site that works as a growth asset that generates traffic and acquires leads, not just an online brochure that can’t be found for local searches.
Google Business Profile Optimization
We optimized their Google Business Profile to improve visibility for high-intent, local searches. This included refining the description, categories, and services. Also, by adding pictures of the therapists, and adding services as products, so the practice shows up for the right searches.
This resulted in ranking higher immediately for all terms like “therapist” and “counseling near me.” Additionally, their Google Business Profile began serving for specific services or modalities that The King’s Forge offered, but Google didn’t know they offered (like “Christian Counseling”) for example.
Local SEO Strategy
We implemented a structured local SEO strategy, including service-specific and location-focused pages designed to rank organically over time.
The goal was not short-term spikes, but predictable, compounding visibility that supports practice growth. Some of these pages also act as locale-focused landing pages for Paid Search.
Paid Search
We introduced paid search as a controllable acquisition channel to stabilize lead volume. Campaigns were structured around high-intent keywords and aligned with dedicated landing pages, ensuring ad traffic matched the services offered and the stage of the client decision process.
Paid search was positioned as a supplement to organic growth, providing immediate demand capture.
